We want you to be completely satisfied with your Sherpa Adventure Gear, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unwashed and unworn items. If your gear doesn't fit your next journey, we make the exchange and return process simple and efficient.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and securely attach it to your original packaging.

• 3.
  Drop Off Package

  Take your package to the nearest authorized shipping carrier location to ensure it begins its journey back to our warehouse.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned gear, we will process your refund or ship out your requested exchange within 5-7 business days.
